At second place in popularity, August pulls in a little over 10% of all weddings and subsequently honeymoons. Though a popular month for vacations, there are some great advantages
for honeymooning in the Caribbean.
With the hot destinations come some of the coolest deals going. Many of the all inclusive honeymoon resorts in Mexico, the Bahamas and Jamaica
are steals in August compared to January prices. Even the most expensive resorts are offering cheap deals as the low season in the Caribbean has arrived. Often times you can
choose from the best rooms or honeymoon suites in your hotel. The beaches at some destinations aren't crowded at all and many local tourist attractions lack the peak season crowds.
The watersports such as diving, snorkeling and water skiing are just the ticket for cooling off in the islands.
Of course there are some things to take into consideration on your August honeymoon. As the dog days of summer have set in for the northern hemisphere, August in the Caribbean
