Ranking 8th in popularity for wedding months, November offers honeymooners the chance to escape cool Fall weather back home while enjoying
the tropical temperatures at an island destination. Although its not a big honeymoon or vaction month, traveling in November can be busy.
November honeymoon advantages:
- November is typically not a big vacation month even though it is a big travel month.
- Low rainfall in alot of the caribbean makes for beautiful vacation weather.
- Shopping for Christmas gifts at an island destination provides great opportunities for that "hard to get" person.
- November is often the low-season for many locations.
November disadvantages:
- In the Caribbean there is still an outside chance of a hurricane ruining your honeymoon.
- Honeymooning near Thanksgiving can be hectic - Airlines are very busy. Book early !
- Although it's almost always a good idea to purchase Travel Insurance anyways, I would still recommend buying it for caribbean travel in November.
